Click here to view all work by Dale Threlkeld A work of art should be a relevation. Art that is a relevation explores the territory between the explicable and the inexplicable. Art that is inexplicable is more interesting to me. As with any adventure, the process of painting is full of the potential unknown. Something new is reveled even though it may be linked to what we know or already suspect. The beauty of it is its mystery; the mystery of it is its beauty.
